Somewhere, sometime, we all have to say goodbye. It could be a good friend moving far, far away; it could be the end that all of us must inevitably face. Goodbyes are never easy to say, to those we love, and those who came into our lives quietly, and unsuspectingly, leave permanent marks on our hearts and bittersweet memories etched forever in our minds.
Despite the trivialities that sometimes consumed our lives, all of us know how important people truly are. People are invaluable. Irreplaceable. We need not to have the events of 9.11 to remind us of it.
We only have one life to live, so while we're at it, we might as well make it the best. After all, isn't it a terrifying thought of waking up one day years down the road, only to find that we've lived a life full of regrets?
